Other c-stores may also offer an electronic Loyalty Rewards system that can be used to redeem FREE goods and services inside the store! Are there any fees associated with the program? What's the catch? A. NO! - it is completely free enroll and use the card! No catch! Q. Is the Super Pump Card secure? A. YES! The Super Pump Card is PIN secured, so no one can use the card unless they know the secret Personal Identification Number (PIN). Consumers select their own four digit PIN during the online enrollment process. Q. Can I use my Super Pump Card to get cash back like an ATM card? A. The Super Pump Card is not a cash card or ATM card so there is no cash back available nor can it be used at an ATM. Q. Can the Super Pump Card be used to purchase others goods or services other than fuel? A. YES! Customers can use the card to purchase food, drinks, merchandise, or services at a participating location. What do I need to sign up for the Super Pump Card? A. First, obtain an Super Pump Card from a cashier at any participating Super Pump Card location. Once you have a card, you will need a valid driver's license/state ID, and a blank personal check. Q. How long do I have to wait to use my Super Pump Card after I enroll? A. After you successfully enroll, you can begin using your Super Pump Card immediately. Q. How do I use the Super Pump Card? A. This depends on how the participating c-store chooses to accept the Super Pump Card. At some c-stores you can simply swipe your Super Pump Card at the pump, select PAY WITH ATM/DEBIT as the payment method, then enter your PIN number when prompted, just like you would for any Debit purchase. Once the transaction is approved, the price per gallon will automatically roll back right at the pump depending on the per gallon discount amount the c-store has chosen to offer. If a c-store does not accept the Super Pump Card at the pump, then customers must proceed inside the store to pre-pay for the their fuel and the per gallon discount will be calculated prior to the sale.
